A lot of times HLCX and other loco lease's just paint over the railroad name and number and leave the colors.

That horn is a K5HL. I really do like the dis-chord. It's not quite a new-cast Nathan P5, but close enough for a K Horn.

why is the 3rd engine painted in up colors if it has hlcx on it does up rent that engine and it has there colors on it for the time or is it helms leasing's color scheme

HLCX seems to paint their locomotive in different colors, so it is not a set scheme. My guess is that HLCX painted a fleet of their locomotives for Union Pacific; UP does lease from Helms.
CSX has been running a good number of UP locomotives recently; it looks like one CSX leased from them just happened to be a Helms.
