I don't quite get, why they don't admit that most of the houses was not destroyed by HAMAS-terrorists but by Tanks, artillery and bulldozers. This is not a crime or anything but just a regular tactic not only by idf in urban warfare. If there is a suspect house, better destroy it than risk the life of a soldier.
