  • usually expert village is rubbish.. but i liked this video.. maybe its the guy's skills...

  • Wouldn't it be quicker if you just cut off the large corners with a cut off disk, instead of grinding them all into dust?

  • One word: Plasma cutter. Okay, that's two words... Nice grinder!

  • ur supposed to use a hammer to do that not a grinder duhh.

  • 1:09 ha you got yelled at!

  • @Looneydude its due to the heat created by the grinder. i assume your using a 4 inch hand grinder( is what use). Usually its only surface level coloring. But if its deeper or lets say on the edge of the blade, which is what ive run into, these things may help.1: use the sandpaper disks, they work much better, less heat...better grind.,2: try a different side of the grinder turn, ive found that what side you grind with makes a big difference(oncoming direction, or outgoing)

  • i dont have a belt grinder, so i use a disk grinder, and with a disk grinder i seem get parts of the knife that are blue? i can guess that it is not a good thing, so how can i fix?

  • Kids lesson 1: dont wear sunglasses when working with machinery. 2: if you are going to use steel bucket to catch sparks do not put plastic container underneath. 3: a belt sander is used for profiling, take excess steel off with ether 4' grinder with product firmly clamped down or use a saw. 4: never listen to a bold man with ginger beard

  • I assume this is before heat treat?

  • what if a squerl was in the bucket
