Sam Kinison at 6:01. Not a lot of people remember this, but Clapton was a HUGE fan of his comedy when he was alive. Not a lot of people remember that he was a decent (not stunning, but decent) guitar player, also.

The great thing about a jam like this is that it only happens once. Except for modern technology only those there would have heard it. It is still an absolutly unique performance. It is a lack of understanding of what music really is that comes up with bullshit judgements about the musicans. If you don't like thius one there are probably hundreds of Eric Clapton video's. Some with Albert Lee, Mark knophler, George Harrison, Jeff Beck, Buddy Guy even Vince Gill.

half these jokers like steve tyler don't deserve to be on the same stage with clapton and buddy guy. terrible mess up there with all these hollywood types stinking the stage. and weasel l reed there too. great urban poet but a no musician or singer. but that L reed live recording(circa 1972, not blues genre) made into two different albums had an incredible back up band with wagner and hunter on guitars...but i digress, thumbs down for this video except for guy and clapton.
