CIR needs to include 1) ending automatic birth citizenship, 2) banning the policy of sanctuary cities, 3) overturning Pyler-Doe, 4) setting lower annual immigration rates on the order of 250,000 annually; 5) end chain migration; 6) establish population awareness ministry at the cabinet level - much like an 'office of management and budget' - to determine what will be the population future of this nation, the world's 3rd most populous.

There are Hospitals along the border going down because of the financial stress, being brought upon them by giving Illegals medical care and never receiving payment. Anchor Babies as an example.
