Hi again Melanie.. I have two more vids to watch.. but will need to make dinner first as it's that time of night.. I'll probably come back when everyone is asleep later. Enjoyed seeing you as usual & I'm happy for you that you have a fellow banded friend.. in your vicinity! :)
p.s. I have an appointment with my future surgeon.. so we can MAKE A DATE! An actual surgery date.. that is progress.. it's coming up after Easter when he's back from a break. :)

Good luck on your training. As soon as I heal I will be doing the couch to 5k because I've always wanted to run.

I just want to say... you sound so excited about this 5k and that is wonderful. I love watching you and Wendy and a few other girlz on here. I am waiting on approval from the insurance company for my surgery. Ya'll videos are so full of useful information and real things. Thank you. Thank you. Am debating on starting my own video journals. Thank you for staying strong..

That is so good to hear that you like to watch me & wendy and a few others. We do give tons of information and thats why we love to do videos - to help others along the way. I do hope you start posting a journal. It would hold you accountable. Please let me know when u do so I can subscribe.
