Permanent Retirement, the easy way (Oblivion)

Doing this quest can sometimes be a pain in the ass, especially after the killing part. This video shows one of the easiest way to do it (and perhaps the most cowardly). You go to Leyawiin between 3:00pm and 8:00pm (when he's swimming), kill Adamus Phillida in sneak mode so that no one else sees you. Then his bodyguard attacks you, and if you kill him you get +1000 bounty. Why bother? You just yield to him and pay gold, and that's it.

!Warning!
If a guard catches you, you'll lose any stolen items you have on yourself. That is, if you follow this way to complete the quest, you'll lose your stolen items.

@UnluckyTurtle if you heard, it says that the arrow cant penetrate armour, so you have to catch him without armour to then kill him with the sithis arrow

@MrJillSandwiches it aint just 4 theives quest line but for everything:D its so eay u kill most things with one shot if they dont see you.

@MrJillSandwiches grab a bow have at least apprentice marksman, sneak, then shoot the vamps first. you get like a 3x attack and its long distance.

@TheAndroid112 :( I Did The Thieves Guild Once But Theres That Quest With The Argonian And The Vampire And She Always Infects Me So I Become A Vampire And IT's Hard To Get Rid Of :l

@MrJillSandwiches coz im grey fox in the theives guild i always use screeva. haha i never pay the guards or go to jail. Always resist n pay a theives guild member 1/2 price of fines :P
