They grow by age, And i they dont you could always tape them, Just ask you local vet

i have a german shepard puppy and she was born 6/4/11 and wwe got her and hr sister for free and they said she was a pure bred but i gave the sister to a friend of mine but the sister i gave away looked like yours but the one i kept is skinnier and has a white tip at the end of her tail and is less furry
