'technically' it's actually an HH65 to the USCG...OR if it is upgraded for HITRON use an MH65C or MCH. The MH's will be armed now for AUF roles...but you knew that i am sure.

The unique high pitched whine is created by the Fenestron tail rotor. Sadly the USCG HH/MH-65 are having the fan blades changed and that will give a lower noise signature like on the EC120/ 130 and 135.

technically its a "Dolphin" to the USCG. But Daulphin to Eurocopter.

Yeah they do their thing with the tourists its a nice sight, reminding them they're safe.
