What the fuck you talking bout wwwlicnitrenernet?? (Sidelaterals) He's useing strict form, thumbs down throughout the entire ROM, pouring the milk at the top of the movement. He's doing them pretty fuckin good getting a good squeeze at the top of the movement and powering through the ROM. For beginners like yourself let me explain.. There is such thing as cheat reps that you do once you've exhausted the muscle during strict squeezing movements. You utilize it when you don't have a spotter.
