材料:白飯1碗、咖哩塊2塊、起司絲100公克、草蝦6隻、蛤蠣10顆、中卷100公克、洋蔥丁30公克、油1小匙、酒1大匙、水200cc、鹽1/4小匙、蘑菇片

做法:
1.開小火用少許油,炒香洋蔥、蘑菇片、蛤蠣、蝦,炒到洋蔥軟、蘑菇金黃。
2.酒加入鍋中,蛤蠣打開或蝦轉紅就可以先撈起來備用。
3.咖哩塊加入鍋中,再加入白飯與中捲、青豆仁與起司絲炒勻。
4.將先前煮好的海鮮都加入鍋中拌勻,飯盛入焗烤盤中,表面灑上起司絲,上火200度C/下火150度C,烘烤5分鐘即可。
