4 ball box practice

As I get used to this, I can now run 4b hi-low shower for a short while on the weak side(left). 4b box is alternating left and right 4b hi-lo shower.

I guess it's not very visually appealing to a general audience. Only jugglers understand what't going on?? Either way, I don't perform, so I just pick up patterns that entertain myself.

Thank you, guys! I still remember seeing the 4b box for the first time. I was really impressed and never thought I would be able to run it someday. But, you know, once you are able to do it, you no longer think it's something.

That's right. Another way to look at it is 4 ball box is alternating 4 ball hi-lo shower on both sides.

Tried it today. Found it very difficult. I'll keep trying though. Also trying to learn mills mess with

4 and the hi-lo shower.
