I may be a Catholic, but I find this very beautiful. It reminds me of praying with my family. It just makes me feel so relaxed and at peace with the universe. You know? It's just one of those things that makes you feel rested.

Beautiful. The essence of human life. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. When I hear and do Gongyo I truly feel in tune with the universe. Do this every morning and evening and your life will always be in rhythm with the universe. World Peace begins with each individual realizing their true potential as human beings with indestructible happiness.

@Mtbfanro Thank you! I mean, as long as it's all about peace and love between us as human beings, it doesn't matter what things we like about our religion or others. All that matters is that we have kindness towards those who need it. I like this chanting, because it reminds me of the life and energy and love that flows through us all.

@botgal1 I second that. And I was raised as a Catholic too. As soon as I started hearing this choir I immediately felt a sense of peace and got sucked into the sound depth.

Rrgh. Well, so much for inter-religious acceptance. I listened to this a few times and told my mom about it. She told me not to get 'enchanted' by it. I mean, sure we're catholic, but that doesn't mean that I can't enjoy the good things of other religions too, right? I mean, they're both about love and peace between people. The only differences are the dieties and practices. Is it so wrong to like this just because I'm from another religion?

@anachronisticlover i understand completely both my uncles are pastores and my cusin is a pastor heck i was going to be a pastor,which is why i left that religion,(the bible is flat out evil)i got to the point that i was defending eveer evil thing u can imagine and i didnt even know what was left to be called sin or good and evil.so i found Buddhism never looked back

@anachronisticlover actually Buddhist sutras state to not take refuge in other gods and other religions but to only take refuge with the Buddha,(mahaparinirvana sutra)medicine master sutra) says to not follow gods but only worship the Buddha.one cannot have 2 mothers either one is the real mother the other the imposter,what do you do when they contradict each other a choice must be made which is correct views which is incorect views??DUET 13:6-18 is this good or evil?see what i am saying.
