But you're showing the back of this man's head - this area is never bald! show the top of the head where the tranplant is!

you are missing the point. i am showing you the area where i harvested (took) the grafts in order to transplant the front and top of the head. i want to show you how hard it is to see my incision from harvesting the hair to transplant the front of the head. hair transplant surgery involves removing hair from the back (that you never lose) and move it to the front where you are bald (and you should never lose the hair we transplant).
