1979' yamaha GT80 mucking around. Recent mods: .6mm oversize bore, Wiseco piston kit to suit. also using better 2 stroke oil.

    are you talking about the crankcase oil or the fuel oil?

    fuel oil is just a standard 2 stroke oil.

    crankcase/gearbox is just like a 2 stroke transmission oil, i think its around 20 weight, or even 10w40 maybe.

  • i had one in iran, in 1977 ish - I took all the light off to make it look like a dirt bike -

    my mom wasn't too happy - it was a bran new bike

  • hahaha thanks! this is probally why the gt has no more compression....because i pushed it very hard..oh well. and hahaha my new bike its hard to keep the front wheel on the ground lol
