Yeah I boogie boarded this beach growing up and it's the best type of surfing for this type of a wave. These waves fold quickly and dump a person hard into the sand close to a shore break at times depending on conditions.

Ya, it still breaks usually in the winter. It's a fast hollow beachbreak that slaps right onto the sand, not a very long ride. I think it'd be a good bodyboarding wave rather than surfable because it only breaks right on the beach. I have an old video of it breaking out past the tower, I should find it and upload it. Long live the cove
