IFR 1200 Super S Radio modem monitoring

Here are the result for monitoring a radio data modem with my IFR1200SS. Pum! The modulation meter damaged maybe? A expensive problem because the maintenance manual cost $500 bucks in Aeroflex plus S/H to México.
Sugestions?

@XE1BPS OK, bien alguna vez un analizador me hizo tam bien esos ruidos pero en el osciloscopio, nada más resetee el analizador y se acabó la falla. Pero bueno cada falla es diferente. Ya nos dirás que tenia
