Moms & dads in gangs? That`s awful! If that`s the case who would want these kids bussed to their neighborhoods? I went to school in an area where most ppl were VERY poor & didn`t go to college. Most grew up to work in factories, truck drivers, or military BUT we didn`t have crime b/c families & community had strong values. So bussing these kids out isn`t the answer b/c their foundation, the home, is corrupt & no parent wants kids like this bussed in. Maybe some ppl need to be sterilized.
