Again, Romans 8, 'if ye live after the flesh ye SHALL DIE, but if ye through the spirit, mortify the deeds of the flesh ye SHALL LIVE'. Now, this was written to believers, it's OBVIOUS that this is not talking about death of the body because that happens regardless. Paul was warning BELIEVERS that if they live according to the lust of their flesh, that they would DIE (not just body, but soul), and IF they live according to the spirit they would LIVE (their soul would remain alive).

Paul made NO distinction, he told the Corinthian church, in 1 Cor. 6, such WERE some of you. He named different sins and he told them that they USED to be in those sins, not that they still were and it was ok because they were "believers". Also, Romans 8 talks about their being no condemnation to those which are in Christ who live not AFTER THE FLESH, but AFTER THE SPIRIT. So, it's according to how one lives whether or not they are condemned.

I have sent him a message and gave like 30 verses that totally disprove his idea about not having to strive, I asked him questions along with it and he is yet to get back with me on it. If all you have to do to be saved is "believe in Jesus", then apparently the devils are saved, according to what James says. The apostle Paul REPEATEDLY talked about how sin brings death, he didn't say sin brings death UNLESS you believe in Jesus.

I think you are absolutely right. Sounds like he rejects any and all doctrine, except the pitiful excuse for doctrine that he teaches. He ASSUMES that if you don't believe like him, not only are you wrong, but you aren't even saved. He has a God complex or something. He has the most watered down, greasy-grace, itchy ear, unbiblical doctrine I have ever heard. He reduces salvation to no more than some formula

@slimshead8100 From what I see of this guy, he can't make up his own mind. It's ridiculous...he hates every system of doctrine that the church has to offer.

This guy's concept of a Heretic is anyone who doesn't agree with him. Or, in other words, anyone who doesn't hate pretty much everyone, and isn't frighteningly insane. These men he hates on have done more good for the Lord in their death than he has in all his life.

What a very foolish man who most certainly has never received the baptism of the Spirit of God that he can so easily speak slander. How many men make a ministry in slander. They are full of pride and absent of the wisdom of God. He twist 1 John to his own preaching! Listening to the laughter in the background it is a shame that men and women do not see the truth in this. He states that we cannot stop sinning... But Jesus told a man to sin no more.... perhaps Jesus did not receive the memo...

If the truth iluminates pastors or preachers to make a church laugh from others thoughts, something is wrong then. If laughing of others brings salvation to people then let's start laughing of each other beliefs. Netiher Jesus did so.
