Nuestro En Paralelo cuenta con el gran maestro de la viola de gamba, Jordi Savall, un instrumento que tiene su origen en la España del siglo XV y que dejó de usarse a finales del XVIII, cuando la aparición de las grandes orquestas le condenaron al silencio. Jordi Savall inició un camino de investigación virgen, desde las partituras y los documentos históricos, para recuperar los sonidos de este instrumento que le han cautivado el alma.

  • Este hombre es un Dios. He llorado cuando le he escuchado hablar acerca de la musica: que todo el mundo, incluso los que no son profesionales, pueden hacerla. He llorado porque es lo que siempre habia pensado en lo mas profundo de mi ser y que nunca habia sabido expresar. Jordi Savall ha puesto palabras a mis sentimientos... Gracias Jordi, nunca dejes de tocar este instrumento maravilloso. Por favor te lo pido.
