well umm I fam assuming in my cartoon everyone is hetrosexual---and in my cartoon the women salute the flag and the guys raise it ---now that does not infer to the fact that women cannot assit in the raising -but it does show that if you are lacking the right things in the system that nothing happens to either gender -so the things mentioned wa for the input of the things required to get the flag waving going,now again I have my own version in my cartoon as to what I think is effective

you can work it anyway you like I find that in a blender with a bit of oil to get started is the easiets---depending on a coffee grinder ( magic bullet) you maybe able to do this other ones I found were to weak or not enough power and you wind up burning out the units---Nothing says you can't try eh

Hi, that is a very smart way to make nut butters...i've never made it before. But anyway, can't you just blend the nuts in the coffee grinder longer so that you don't need to add the olive oil? I like your videos, very honest, no bs style. Cool !
