New technology and its impact discussed at PIMA conference 2010

Reporting for the Pacific (audio) - Tupouseini Taumoepeau reports that the Pacific Islands Media Association Conference held in October 2010 discussed the "new era" of technology and the impact this will have on the media and the Pacific community. The conference included workshops focussing on current issues and involved a diverse group of networks. An open panel discussion addressing the issues of media access among Pacific people, what the Pacific Media is doing to cater to this and their views of this shift from traditional to new media.
