A broadcasting tower in the Dutch town of Hoogersmilde has collapsed.
The causes of the fire remain unknown but two towers in Holland have both caught fire within a time period of 2 days, only one collpapsed. 80% of radio signal in Holland on the Fm frequency is down.

The 200-metre high mast came down following a fire in the building.

No one was injured in the making of this video.... ;)

Large parts of the Netherlands have been left without reception on their radio FM frequencies as a result of the fire.

  • Very impressive video for sure. Another video shows a close up of a fire 2/3 of the way up the mast in what looks to be an equipment room.
