  • Wrong Part of Youtube again... :P

  • I'm 5 1/2 months right now and as of like 3 days ago my lower back has been KILLING me when I sleep. I made my bed firmer but now the only time I can get my back NOT to hurt is when I lay directly on it, which I know is a big no no. Laying on my side just hurts so bad. I'm probably going to try the first position you showed (it looks super comfy) but you don't look that reclined--more laying on your back then anything. Just want to make sure it's still okay to do before I get into habit. :)

  • Saviour! i am in my last trimester and i am due to have my home birth in 1 week ( yes Christmas Day!) and the past few nights i have been sleeping 6-7 hours then waking up and not getting back off to sleep. Now i will be able to sleep and feel like i am on my stomach! ( can't sleep properly without being on my stomach)

  • Thank you so.much I'm 22 weeks and my back been killing me for 4 days already ... I'm gonna try this tonight thanks a lot

  • Thank You SO much for this video!! 11 weeks of sleepless nights behind me...I wish I would have found it sooner! I'm subscribing right now!! :D

  • @speratum get help locally. work with a good PT or chiropractor and get some much needed sleep. work with pillows - recliner - other props. avoid your back - even propped w pillows it's hard to breath that way w twins after 27 weeks...

  • @seyness1 talk to your doctor or midwife but it sounds like @charlenenaugain 's advise below is good - slower movement and breathing to relax and ease any discomfort you are having. congrats on your pregnancy. :) hope you are catching some zzzzzzzzzzzzz's. :) -Suzanne Tucker

  • @seyness it could be that maybe ur moving to quick for ur body to keep up. i know if i turn to quick i get a sharp pain the dr assures me the baby is ok u just have to move much slower or deal with the pain

  • im17weeks pregg. i sleep on my side and i stretch a lot and toss and turn i feel my tummy hurt some times,im i hurting the baby???

  • @speratum seems to me it's more a matter of being worried about causing some damage to your babies than anything else. They're safe where they are, feel flree to sleep on either side, nothing's gonna happen to them
