played doom3 when i was younger and it scared me. played amnesia then. played doom thereafter and it wasnt scary after all. doom3 is more an action game.

listen to this in doom 3 when playing wont be scared you just imagne you have a BFG9000!

@UNSCxGHOST092790 Not really, Doom 3 scared me only for the first hour or so. Then it became repetitive, i always knew when monsters were about to jump out. Good gameplay, but didn't really work for the scares. I wish they did the whole game like the inferno level.

@Eukatheude amnesia is different. the scares in amnesia come from suspense from the lack of monsters but the atmosphere gives you the feelilng there are monsters. DOOM3 is really good at making you jump when you least expect it
