Not necessarily. There were three very wealthy industrialists and bankers that were opposed to the Rothschild's Fed Reserve bank scam.

1)John Jacob Astor, 2) Benjamin Guggenheim and 3) Isidor Strauss, all Jews.

They were due to vote against it which would've given them an overall majority and the rest would've been history.

What better way to get all three targets in one place and then torpedo the ship??
