They had no permit, they were asked to leave. They advanced on the capitol building, they were asked to refrain. They were told not to sit on the stairs, they plopped down on them. These people are not listening, do not have a permit, and are disobeying direct orders from law enforcement authorities. Then they ask why they are arrested and forced to leave?
