Maybe because they have never been on a B747 .....Just take a look at the winglet...its very different to a a330 winglet....

747-400 I rode on it and im sitting all the way in the back. Maybe thats why you can't see the other engine and why the wing appears short. Would you like a picture of the plane. Anyone who wants the picture of the plane send me a message.

yes it is a 747. I rode on it I have pictures. would you like the picture, this is ridiculous. I saw it's a 747-400 because I rode on it. I was sitting towards the rear and I wasnt angling my camera. And if it were a 330 the engine would not be so close to the end of the wing.
