@NanamiEkiguchi I don't believe there is a tutorial. My friend, ChezzieChan, made this reclist and I'm one of the few people she asked to record it to test it out. The list isn't released yet and I really don't know when it will be, BUT you don't need this reclist to do an english voicebank, you just have to be creative and get all the sounds in the english language recorded.

@DancingNinja77 It's a Vi. Victor can be Vikutaa or Bikutaa, but since there's an Utauloid named Bikutaa, I when with Vi. Adding the dakuten to a katakana U makes it Vu, adding the small katakana I makes it Vi.
