Here's something a little different - An inside and underneath look at a 1923 Montreal Locomotive Works steam engine. This one was in service as Canadian Pacific 2317. You'll see Fireman Chris shovel coal to keep the engine running and Engineer Jan working the controls. Video was shot at Steamtown in downtown Scranton. This is a must view video for any train buff out there!
Enjoy!

Junk the steam locomotives! This clunker should have been sent to the foundry 65 years ago for melting!

@UserNamei5 Sure you will! Ha ha ha ha! Come on tough guy!
What an opportunity to acquire some of these highly collectible parts & sell them for CASH!
Gauges, bells, whistles, headlights, marker lights, number boards, builder's plates all sell very well on the black market for CASH! NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
I thought I saw this fireman throw several Quorans into the firebox.
Junk the steam locomotives! Paint them with urban graffiti, remove the parts, cut them apart & melt them!
Sounds like fun!

With the federal budget crisis & National Park employees to be laid off, I guess the security on these will be less than ideal. What an opportunity to acquire some of these parts!

my two year old is obsessed with this specific video on you tube. he especially likes the fireman shoveling coal into the engine. "bob the builder" is no longer good enough for him - he wants to watch your train video. thanks for posting.

Inside a Steam Engine its really nice and thrilling (rattling, steaming, chugging, shaking, whistling & sweeting) which one will not find in any of the other form of driving. I did get some chance to drive Steam Engine hence I am am sharing my experience of being inside the engine.
