Hi this is a weird questions but i'll so pleased if u can help me ^{ How the hell u make ur eye browns ! they are perfect!! Do u just fill them with eyeshadow os is micropigmetation or what?

@DeannaRose1213 Well, I'd personally sport this anywhere, but I'm also fond of bright makeup. If you think this is a bot much, the color itself is what makes the eyes pop. If you do a neutral eye and pop a liner this color on the top and very outer edge of the bottom you will have a similar, yet more wearable effect =0)
