  • Thank you for your thoughtful and inspiring comments. My husband and I live on the other side of the country, in the State of Oregon. We have been together for 15 years and are still waiting for our legal marriage to be recognized in our home State.

Public servants like you make our struggle easier to bear. Thank you.

Maine can be truly proud of itself for passing this legislation, and proud that it has such servants.

Congratulations to you and all the people of Maine.

  • We are so equal, that i would love to see any woman to have a match with Foreman..

Maybe we should all read together what the Bible says in 1Cor.11:9: "Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man".

  • God bless you for your forward-looking and empathetic thoughts on this issue!

  • This is about civil rights. We are all created EQUAL!
