When i first saw this film, approx. 20 years ago, i almost vomited laughing at this sketch! So unexpected! Just silly! Still makes me laugh... (:o)

Yes especially if there were no rain at all...drought conditions?
Just the here in Victoria, B.C., Canada Summer didn't seem to really get going until 1/3 way through Aug., I must say though Labour Day weekend was stellar...today we were just hammered with 75 mph winds, driving rain. More to come it looks like according to satellite report, least the wind warnings have ended.
