He's a democrat, of course he's raising taxes. Although in this case "raising taxes" is a misnomer because in reality he'd just be eliminating the Bush Tax Cuts which would mainly only affect the upper class directly.

He's says he's not but they all say that don't they. McCain is so disappointing. That housewife he has as a running mate...my God. Five kids and one of them is a challenged infant. I just think he doesn't want to win. Why the hell would he do something so rediculous? That woman is the second best Republican we have in the whole country???? Good God!!

I thought the same thing- "wow, is he trying to lose???" There are plenty of republican women with more experience and more appeal to Hillary voters. Condi comes to mind but she's already stated, "there's something to be said about new blood." so she don't want the job. :p
