One of the hardest challenges of Time Lapsing, since it speeds up time, is to capture fireworks successfully. I had never tried this, but read a bunch about it and how it was not something easily achievable. This is my attempt. For this entire Time Lapse, there were 6 different segments, and I did my best to blend them together, and there's only one major shift, when I had to physically move my camera to a different location due to a group of photographers who rudely jumped in front without any consideration! Aside from that shift (from daylight to night) I feel like it runs really well. Check it out and remember to share if you enjoy it!

There is over 3500 frames in this Time Lapse piece.. there is no actual Video footage, and the sounds for the water and fireworks were added in later!

  • pretty cool, is that really just photos?

  • @RobEzPk Thanks, it's all pictures. I did my best to keep the flow as smooth as possible and that meant more photos being clicked.. especially for the fireworks.
