did you use the powder or the liquid? also pot or washing machine? also btw those asking the red jacket they used in early seasons were either the gap snow button up or the abercrombie and fitch beige work jacket

I used the bottle dye and did it in a pot instead of the washing machine.  It leaves a huge red mess in your washer if you put it into the machine.

Yea, it's the Hamilton. It's the closest match with some of the major details like the left zipper pocket (note the zipper on this one is flipped from the one on the show) and the triple seam on the shoulders and down the back.

It's not a 100% reproduction of the show's jacket, but it's the closest I've found.

which carhart was it that you used? ive been looking and the carhartt hamilton seems the closest except for the two front pockets which are different. jacket looks good tho

Dye has instructions on the bottle. I put mine in for 30 mins.

The jacket comes in a khaki color which is exactly the same style as Clark used in the earlier seasons when he wore plaid shirts and his khaki jacket. Looks like the producers just took it and dyed it red and blue. It has the same left breast pocket and triple stitch shoulder seams.
