@macmostvideo hi there , just wanted to inform you that the problem with top sites has been solve. i just reinstalled the video driver and that started working . thank you very much , i hope that this will be helpful to other people as well . thank you

@macmostvideo thank you very much . i will look into in . i just want to point out that other friends of mine also use the same OS and also the same branded laptop , but they don't have the same problem . As the top sites can be seen there . well, thank you very much for your time . i really do appreciate it . thank you .

The first time i opened safari 4 there was a cutscene saying "welcome to safari 4". my question is: can i tune it in to appear every time i open safari? thanks for the answer.!

It is a visual effect, so you don't really "use" it.

i cant get top sites in my safari 4
i don't know what the problem is because i cant get it in the preferences either .
please help me i would like to use top site, but i am not able to use it . i dont' know what the problem is . should i download a particular extension or something? please help

@nabinraj109 What's the first item in the "History" menu -- it should be "Show Top Sites."

@macmostvideo : the first item in the History menu is " Show all History" with shortcut of ctrl H. there is no mention of the top sites . i don't know what the problem really is . i have tried reinstalling safari couple of times

@macmostvideo hello , i am a windows vista user. and i had been using safari 4 and recently upgraded to safari 5 but neither of them have top sites. its really confusing me.

@nabinraj109 AH, you didn't mention that you were on Windows. I can't paste a link in a YouTube comment, but there is a tech note on Apple's site that Top Sites doesn't work unless you have a certain level of graphics card and system graphics support on a Windows machine. That must be it. Search the Apple site for "HT3410" and you'll see the note.
