@furfman Because they might not have enough money to pay the hairdresser. Maybe because of those people without an adress and/or i.d. who do not want to pay might have inspired some financial people who now think that nobody should pay the hairdresser. And make financial plans with that thought. :)

My cat & dog are microchipped. How do I get them out? Seriously I find this appalling and didn't think about it bc they were chipped before I adopted them a few years ago.
