Instead of attracting more affordable housing we allow the further gentrification of our neighborhoods. Sure we want a nice city but if I wanted a Chicago or Ft Laurdedale I would move there. We allow apartments to charge $950 for an one bedroom apartment. What about the minuim wage worker where will they live Nebraska? How will you change this?
