4,194,304 was the number of bits in the old mac O.o a new macbook is about 80 gigabytes
1 kilobyte = 8192 bits/
1 megabyte = 1024 kilobytes/
1 gigabyte = 1024 megabytes/
1 terabyte = 1024 gigabytes/
1 petabyte = 1024 terabyte o.O

  • "The Old Mac" was named Mac 512 because it had a 512 k memory. At the time, Bill Gates said that 512 k was gonna be enough for family use... The iMac shown beside it has more than 1 000 000 times more memory! :)
