Man, this song is so good that it bums me out that the singer is so terrible in this video. I guess his voice was just exhausted, but you can hear him not even trying to hit some of the notes. I guess singing with such a gruff sound for 4 1/2 minutes sounded cool in the studio, but he didn't think about doing it several nights a week on a tour.

i actually think the singer sounds decent live. after reading some of the comments i was expecting a real bad vocal performance. bands are always gona sound much better on CD than live, some more than others ... AWOLNATION are ok live

He is SO much better than this live. I saw him at La Zona Rosa in Austin about a month ago and his vocals blew me away. I don't know what the hell happened here but don't get the wrong impression, Awol fucking kills it live.
