  • Just takes a little bit to start. You don't have to start going 5 times a week. Start by parking further from the store, walking around the store more than normal. Put a little more effort into things you already HAVE to do. if that makes sense. Baby steps

  • haha thats the thing with spinning! you will hate the 1st class the trick is to keep going back and ull start liking it more and more. i literally fell in love with spinning 1 week into it. i have never felt this way about exercise, but i love it. great video! ;)

  • The first time I did spin My WHOLE bottom and girl parts hurt for a week I decided I'd get out of the saddle more and now I don't hurt people say Oh you have to get calasses(sp) but That is a LIE LOL. YES huge difference I still have extra skin in my tummy and inner thighs but I can totally live with my arms. They don't but me at all I even wear TANK TOPS!! Crazy hu?

  • Does you butt hurt for days after a spin class? I have only taken one so far and I hurt for almost a week!!! I like your 3 times rule. I definitely like classes better than the gym equipment.

    Did you notice any skin differences with your toning exercises? I want your arms!
