it's not Government. Do not listen to anyone who says it's government. Actually, they are anti-government. In the beginning, I didn't believe that ordinary people would spend so much time, money and resources hassle someone. I have been stalked for years, but thought little of it. What I found is, it starts with someone you know. And envy is usually the motive. Being cowards, they won't face you. So they did to get help to try to bring you down.

The first thing they do is install a radio in your house. Find it and listen to them. The one they put in my house was a two way radio. When I found it, I listened to them. You can also tell where they live by what they talk about.
