.Most people know ZXY is from Singapore. But what most people don't know is ZXY could be Indonesian born.

My dad told me ZXY was from Makassar, South Sulawesi. This was the common and widespread belief among the Indonesian Chinese community in those days.

Unfortunately this saying cannot be confirmed.
Personally, I find ZXY's speech and singing in bahasa Indonesia to be exceptionally good for a non-Indonesian

This song is lovely. Thank you for posting it. Yes, she sounds very Indonesian/Malay here with minimal Chinese accent unlike some other songs.
