  • This soundtrack is a collaboration between two of the best video game composers:

Yasunori Mitsuda (Chrono series, Xenogears, Xenosaga series, Shadow Hearts: Covenant, Arc Rise Fantasia).

Yoko Shimomura (Final Fight, Street Fighter II, Parasite Eve, Legend of Mana, Kingdom Hearts series)

  • Wow, this is without a doubt one of the most beautiful videogame music.

  • And yet it is worth to stop listening to this and start the game!

  • @Dsilink Cool!!! :D What can I say, I have a good grasp on what I like ;)

  • @XDoomriderX in that case your the first person i ever saw that played the SNES RPGs and not call it the best console of all time

  • @Dsilink I have played Rpg's from NES and up til today and I still say that PS1 and PS2 are the consoles with the best RPG/JRPG's.

    #1: Ps1

    #2: Ps2

    #3: SNES

  • @XDoomriderX

    no

the person who said the ps2 and the ps1 are the best consoles for RPGs

ps1 - really good with RPGs but still not as good as the SNES

ps2 - good but not close to the ps1

and i would also say the ds and psp are also two great consoles for rpg players

not sure if better then the ps1 but better then the ps2

  • @Dsilink Who? you?

  • @XDoomriderX someone missed out on the SNES and NES JRPGs

  • @vaultboy123 Too bad, it's the highest rated JRPG of this generation.

  • @Jagged85 ACE+(Tomori Kudo, CHiCO, Kenji Hiramatsu) and Manami Kiyota also composed pieces for this.

ACE+ did Emil Chronicle Online, which had an amazing soundtrack, and Manami Kiyota has done some work with Final Fantasy and the Black Mages.
