it acutally was the radiator fan cooling relay. I had to get a new one from Chrysler. I also had to get a new rad. when the electric truck hit the front it bent the rad and it eventually gave out so we had to replace it.
I actually found out what it is today. I had to have the radiator replaced and asked my mechanic what it was and it is a fan relay. We tryed to put the old one back in and it is not good. The Chrysler dealership here has a brand new one for $75
That's an airbag sensor! The radiator fan relay is inside the electrical box under the hood. I wouldn't mess with the sensor, or you might total the van.
