@Dimitri0809 I have read articles on non lethal weapons being experimented with and used. There is a weapon that makes any enemy feel hot, ultra loud sound transmissions, etc. There ARE scientific agencies in the Defense Department. :-)

Well this war isn't really coming to an end. it's already costed millions of $ and there has been large casualties on both sides...

I think the US. Army totally lacks intelligence in everything that they do!
America may be in charge but there are far more smarter ways in fighting wars, besides the U.S. army doesn't even have a science department and have never thought about using incapacitating weapons and then convincing the enemy to be friendly.
