soldiers are ok. they follow the voice command and the procedures.. Procedure of preparing for opening fire is idiotic-two rows of soldiers with second row pointing guns toward first row heads??? Polish army have job to do- fix the part of pointing guns while charging, or just simply line up one row of soldiers. procedure is wrong, and there is no "aiming point" for the soldiers in the back row, they do that like -"somewhere between their noses and the head of the front soldier"

Those are blanks. How do I know?
They have to manually cycle the bolt after each shot because there is not enough gas pressure to fully drive the piston back. The mans hat was knocked off by the muzzle blast of the blank.
