Of course you're correct; Israel has been subjected to attacks since its inception, something the Muslim world has not resolved satisfactorilly. My complaint is that the claim of "security" has been turned inside-out by the settlers, thus making the country less secure.

Would it do any good to take this dispute to court? Even if its a jewish court, land rights would still favor landowner.

this strikes such sadness in my heart. those Israeli settlers have no humanity. they're like animals harassing the weak for no reason except that they can. the Jewish people need to shed their victim mentality and face the fact that they have become oppressors.
