Man Fatally Stabs Sister, Then Beheads 5-Year-Old Sister

Police in Milton, Mass., say they walked into "a killing field." [Watch the video] One officer, according to The Associated Press, actually witnessed Kerby Revelus decapitating his 5-year-old sister, Bianca. Revelus, according to police, also stabbed to death his 17-year-old sister, Samantha, and was chasing his 9-year-old sister, Sarafina, with a knife, when Milton Police shot him dead. She reportedly suffered defense wounds on her hands and stab wounds to her abdomen and leg. She was rushed to Boston Medical Center, where officials say the girl is expected to survive.

According to authorities, it was Sarafina who called 911 around 5 p.m. Saturday to say that her brother was attacking her sisters.

Milton police say Kerby had gotten into an argument and fistfight with a next door neighbor on Friday, and it was a subsequent family argument stemming from that incident that apparently led up to his attack on his sisters.

Kerby had recently served jail time on a gun charge and was released several months ago. Police say he had also been involved in a domestic incident involving another sister in 2004. He had hit her, and he was placed under arrest by our officers, Nolan said.

Roni Dorvil, a family relative, told police that he couldn't understand what would move Revelus to such violence.

Thats not Kerby, Dorvil said. I wish he was alive to tell us what was wrong. Something had to happen.

Dorvil said Samantha was a "smart person" who had received a scholarship to attend a college in New Hampshire. He also told police that Bianca had just celebrated her birthday a day before the fatal stabbings.
